Kitchen Rental Agreement
Commercial Kitchen Rental Agreement This contract is for the rental of space in the commercial kitchen in 1155 SW Division St, Bend OR 97702 date of this ______day of _____Zwischen ___________________________of______________________________. The owner believes that the customer has the necessary skills, licenses, food handlers and skills to provide documentation to the owner. Liability insurance is required by all parties active in the kitchen and must have set up an additional insured driver for Bend Cookie Company, LLC and NASECO (owner) before using the kitchen. B. The client agrees to make these documents available to the owner under this contract. In light of the issues described above and the reciprocal benefits and obligations set out in this Agreement, which are recognized for receipt and adequacy, the parties agree to services, provided that the owner declares herby to rent this kitchen to the customer, for an hourly rate including installation and storage time. The customer must keep all areas clean, check the current data and turn the stock. No expired appointments allowed in the premises mentioned. No smoking, drugs or alcohol is allowed in the dwelling. Duration of the agreement The duration of this agreement begins on the date of this agreement and continues indefinitely until it is denounced in accordance with this agreement. If one of the parties wishes to terminate this contract, that party must provide one week`s notice. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, the Client`s obligations are extinguished at the beginning of the conclusion of the customer`s contract or the termination of that contract by the customer or the owner.
Execution The parties agree to do whatever is necessary to ensure that the terms of this agreement come into force. Compensation For services provided by the owner in accordance with this contract, the customer pays compensation to the owner, as indicated in the kitchen rental prices. A refundable security deposit of $250.00 must be paid before the kitchen is rented, while this agreement is in effect. The owner has the right to deduct from the customer`s deposit all applicable deductions in case of non-payment or damage to the devices. The cleaning fee may include $25.00 for each area used in the kitchen, which will not be left clean at the end of this use. Including, but not limited to the following: Reach-Ins, Range, convection oven, dishwasher, stainless steel tables, surrounding floors, storage areas, bathroom. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to this property, equipment and deliveries. Cancellation Once you have booked the time of the kitchen, you are responsible for paying for these hours and no refund is granted for unused hours. We understand that things are ahead of us, but we have promised you these cooking lessons and we expect you to follow your financial commitment with the kitchen. This agreement ends confidentiality. Material ownership All materials developed, manufactured or in the process of velvet work under this agreement are the property of the client.
